兄弟です。

We’re brothers.

どちらも男性なら「We’re brothers.」、どちらも女性なら「We’re sisters.」と複数で言います。異性の兄弟なら、「We’re brother and sister.」とそれぞれ単数です。同じように「親子です」も「We’re father and son.」、「We’re father and daughter.」、「We’re mother and son.」、「We’re mother and daughter.」と言います。
