「需要が高い」は英語では「be in high demand」と言います。

たとえば

Daycare workers are in high demand.
（保育士の需要が高い）

Oil is in high demand.
（石油の需要が高い）

・同じ意味の表現は他にも「There's a high demand for ~」もあります。

たとえば

There’s a high demand for daycare workers.
（保育士の需要が高い）

There’s a high demand for oil.
（石油の需要が高い）

・逆に「需要がない」と言いたい場合は：

There's no demand for daycare workers.
（保育士の需要がない）

There's no demand for oil.
（石油の需要が高い）

・「供給」は「supply」と言います。

日本語では「需要と供給」という順番ですが、

英語では：

Supply and demand.
（供給と需要）

と逆の順番で言います。

他にも

Hibiki is in short supply.
（ひびきのウィスキーは供給が不足している）

Supply can't keep up with demand.
（供給が需要に追いつかない）
