「値切る」「値段を交渉する」は英語で：
・haggle
（ハグル）
という自動詞を使います。
注意：
「目的語」は続けられなくて「haggle the price」のような文はあり得ないんですけど、
「over」で繋いで「haggle over the price」ならOKです。
たとえば
She haggled with the shop owner.
（彼女はお店の人と値切ってみた）
They haggled over the price for ten minutes and got a better deal.
（10分間値段を交渉して、結局安くしてもらった）
I’m not good at haggling.
（私は値切り交渉が苦手だ）
After Grab Taxi got popular, there’s no need to haggle with taxi drivers.
