「I'm in the mood for 名詞」、「I'm in the mood to 動詞」は「～の気分だ」、「～をする気分だ」という言い方です。
たとえば
「I'm in the mood for sushi.（今日は寿司って気分だ）」
「I'm in the mood to go out.（出かけたい気分）」
「I'm not in the mood for a late night.（今日は遅くまで遊ぶ気分じゃない）」
「I'm not in the mood to drink.（飲む気分じゃない）」
そして
「What are you in the mood for?（今日は何をする気分なの？）」
「Are you in the mood to see a movie?（映画を観る気分？）」と疑問文にすることもあります。
