取引が「中止になる」「取りやめになる」「流れる」は英語で：

・fall through

と言います。

たとえば

The deal fell through.
（取引が流れた）

I hope it doesn’t fall through.
（その話が流れないといいな）

I wish our partnership hadn’t fallen through.
（提携が流れなければよかったのにな）

そして、予定などにも使います：

My plans fell through so I ended up staying home all day.
（予定が流れたから1日中家にいた）
