シチュエーション: レストラン・食べ物
「order」は「注文する」という動詞です。「Are you ready?」は「準備はOKですか？」という質問ですね。
「ready」のあとは「to ＋動詞」もしくは「for ＋名詞」が続きます。
たとえば
Are you ready to go?
（行く準備できた？）
Are you ready for the meeting?
（会議の用意はいいか？）
I'm ready to start.
（始める準備はOKです）
I' m not ready for school.
（学校の用意はまだできてない）
逆に
「Excuse me, we're ready to order.」と言ってウェーターを呼ぶこともできます。
