今回のポイントは「as little 〜 as possible」という英語です。
❶ 「なるべくしない」「できるだけしない」は英語で「as little as possible」と言います。
＊ 否定文に「as much as possible」を使うよりも、肯定文に「as little as possible」が自然です。
たとえば
I go out as little as possible.
（なるべく外出しない）
I drink as little as possible.
（なるべく飲んでない）
❷ 「名詞」を入れて「as little 〜 as possible」
＊ 「量」なら「little」、「数」なら「few」を使います。
たとえば
I spent as little money as possible.
（お金をできるだけ使わなかった）
I want this to take as little time as possible.
（なるべく時間がかからないでほしい）
Tell as few people as possible.
（なるべく他言しないで）
