「mood」は「気分」、「機嫌」です。たとえば「I'm in a good mood.（機嫌がいい）」、「I'm in a bad mood.（機嫌が悪い）」。他にも「I'm in the mood to 動詞」、「I'm in the mood for 名詞」で「〜する気分だ」という言い方もあります。たとえば「I'm in the mood to go out.（出かける気分だ）」、「I'm in the mood for sushi.（寿司が食べたい気分）」など。「I'm not in the mood.」にも「to 動詞」、「for 名詞」を付けられますが、「I'm not in the mood.」だけで言うことが多いです。
