シチュエーション: 恋愛
「彼のどういうところが好き？」と普通に聞くときは「What do you like about him?」ですが、今回の「What do you see in him?」は「そんなやつのどこがいいわけ？」のような嫌味な言い方です。
直接に聞かなくても
What does she see in him?
（彼女はなんであんなやつが好きなんだろう？）
のように使うことも多いですね。

（彼のどこがいいんだろう？）
I can't imagine what she sees in him?
（なんで好きなのかは想像できない）
