説明しにくい。

It's hard to explain.

「hard」は「difficult」と同じ「難しい」という意味です。「hard」の方が言いやすいしよく使われます。「It’s hard.（難しい）」だけでも大丈夫だし「It’s hard to 動詞」という形でも使います。

たとえば

「It’s hard to get up in winter.（冬は起きるのが難しい）」

「It’s hard to understand.（分かりにくい）」など。

「It’s easy to 動詞」もあります。

たとえば

「It’s easy to get there.（そこに行くのは簡単）」

「It’s easy to understand.（分かりやすい）」など。
