❶ 「命日」は英語では「anniversary of 〜's death」と言います。
「anniversary」は結婚記念日だけではありません！
いいことも悪いことも、どんな記念日でも「anniversary」と言います。
結婚記念日は
It’s my wedding anniversary.
と言います。
「wedding」を省略することもありますが、
「my anniversary」
「our anniversary」
のように「所有格（my / ourなど）」があれば「結婚記念日」だと分かります。
❷ 他の記念日なら：
It’s the anniversary of 〜
という構文になります。
「of」には「名詞」「動名詞（動詞ing）」がつづきます。
たとえば
It’s the anniversary of my father’s death.
（お父さんの命日です）
It’s the anniversary of the school opening.
（開校記念日です）
❸ さらに「6th」「10th」などを入れて応用しましょう。
たとえば
It's our 10th wedding anniversary.
（結婚１０周年記念日です）
