文法:
「Can you get me ~?」は「私に ~ を取ってきて」「私に ~ を買ってきて」という意味ですね。
たとえば
Can you get me some paper?
（私に紙を取ってきてくれる？）
Can you get me a coffee?
（私にコーヒーを買ってきてくれる？）
逆に
Can I get you anything?（君にも何かを買ってこようか？）
など。
そして「ついでに」は「while you’re at it」「while I’m at it」と言います。
たとえば
Can you turn on the AC while you’re at it?
（ついでにエアコンを付けてくれる？）
Can you get gas while you’re at it?
