「謝る」は「say sorry」と言います。
たとえば
「You should say sorry.（謝った方がいいよ）」
「Did he say sorry?（彼は謝ってくれたの？）」
「At least he said sorry.（謝ってくれただけいいよね）」など。
そして「Aren’t you going to ~?」は「～しないの？」という決まった言い方です。
たとえば
「Aren’t you going to wash your hands?（手を洗わないの？）」
「Aren’t you going to come?（来ないの？）」
「Aren’t you going to get up?（起きないの？）」など。
