You did nothing wrong.
「something ＋形容詞」、「somewhere ＋形容詞」、「someone ＋形容詞」もよく使いますが、否定の「nothing ＋形容詞」、「nowhere ＋形容詞」、「no one ＋形容詞」もあります。
たとえば
Nothing bad is gonna happen.
（悪いことは起こらないよ）
No one famous is in it.
（有名な人は出演してない）
主語なら「nothing」、「nowhere」、「no one」に限りますが、主語じゃなければ「not anything」、「not anywhere」、「not anyone」もよく使います。
たとえば
You didn’t do anything wrong.
（君は何も悪くない）
We didn’t go anywhere dangerous.
（危ない所には行ってない）
I didn’t meet anyone famous.
（有名人とは出会わなかった）
