「I’m the same as ever.」は漠然に「相変わらずだ」という意味ですが、
他にも「as 形容詞 as ever（相変わらず～だ）」という言い方もできます。
「the same」の場合だけ最初の「as」はありません。
他にも
「My father is as healthy as ever.（父は相変わらず元気だよ）」
「She was as beautiful as ever.（相変わらず綺麗だった）」
「It’s gonna be as crowded as ever.（相変わらず混んでそう）」など。
